Tracking FAQs
You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships from our Winnipeg facility, typically within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.
It can take up to 24 hours for a new tracking number to appear in the carrier's system after your label is created. If it's been longer than that, contact us and we'll look into it.
No — Used Truck Caps currently ships and delivers within Canada only.
Delivery times vary by destination and courier, generally ranging from 2–9 business days for most Canadian addresses, with remote regions taking a bit longer.
First check around your property, mailbox, or with neighbours — carriers sometimes leave larger items in a safe drop location. If you still can't find it, contact us right away and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
