We Ship Right Across Canada

From Vancouver Island to Newfoundland, we deliver truck caps, tonneau covers and accessories to all 10 provinces and all 3 territories. We currently ship within Canada only — we are not able to ship to the United States or any other country at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are checked for stock, quality-inspected and securely crated before they leave our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email as soon as your order ships, along with your tracking details.

Shipped by parcel courier (Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar or similar) directly to your door.

Truck Caps & Tonneau Covers

Shipped by LTL freight on a pallet or crate. Standard delivery is curbside; liftgate service is available for locations without a loading dock.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order — you'll always see the total cost before you pay. Keep an eye on our homepage for occasional free-shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Parcel orders can be tracked directly with the courier; freight orders are tracked through the trucking company and our team will follow up if the ETA changes.

Receiving & Inspecting Your Shipment

Freight shipments should be inspected before you sign the delivery slip. Check the crate or pallet for visible damage, note anything unusual directly on the delivery paperwork, and take photos if you spot an issue.

Important: signing for a delivery as "received in good condition" can affect our ability to file a damage claim on your behalf, so please take a moment to inspect before you sign.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Address & Delivery Issues

Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We're not able to reroute freight once it has left the warehouse, and incorrect addresses may result in redelivery fees.

Missed Freight Deliveries

Freight carriers will call ahead to book a delivery window. If nobody is available to receive the shipment, a redelivery or storage fee charged by the carrier may apply.

Remote & Residential Surcharges

Some rural, residential or remote addresses may carry a carrier surcharge. This is calculated automatically and shown before you complete checkout.

Shipping Questions

Do you ship outside Canada?

Not at this time — we currently ship within Canada only, to all provinces and territories.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes. Give us a call to arrange a pickup time at our Winnipeg location and we'll waive the shipping cost.

What happens if I'm not home for a freight delivery?

The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery window ahead of time. If the delivery is missed, a redelivery or storage fee set by the carrier may apply.

Can I get a shipping quote before I order?

Absolutely — call or message us with your postal code and the cap or cover you're interested in, and we'll get you an estimate.
