Tracking Questions
When will I get my tracking number?
You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships from our El Paso, TX facility, typically within 1–3 business days of placing your order.
My tracking number isn't showing any updates yet
It can take up to 24 hours for a new tracking number to appear in the carrier's system after your label is created. If it's been longer than that, contact us and we'll look into it.
Do you deliver outside of the United States?
No — Used Car Toppers currently ships and delivers within the United States only, to all 50 states.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier — generally 1–3 business days for Texas, New Mexico & Arizona, 2–5 days for the West Coast and Mountain states, 3–6 days for the Midwest and South, 4–7 days for the Northeast, and 7–14 days for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote ZIP codes.
My order shows "Delivered" but I don't have it
First check around your property, porch, mailbox, or with neighbors — carriers sometimes leave larger items in a safe drop location. If you still can't find it, contact us right away and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
