Unused Condition
Items must be uninstalled, unused, and in original packaging.
Credit Card Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original credit card only.
Canada Only
This policy applies to orders delivered within Canada.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To start a return, contact us before sending anything back — we'll confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

To qualify for a return, your truck cap must be in the same condition it arrived in:
Non-Returnable Items
— Used, as-is caps
— Special orders
— Installed items
A few categories are not eligible for return:
- Used truck caps sold "as-is" — these are clearly marked in the listing and sold final sale due to their pre-owned condition.
- Special order or custom-matched items ordered specifically for your truck's Make, Model, Year, and Bed Length.
- Any cap that has been installed, drilled, or modified in any way.
How To Start A Return
Contact Us
Call or email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
Get Approval
We'll confirm your item is eligible and provide return instructions.
Pack & Ship
Repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all hardware.
Refund Issued
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed to your card.
Refunds & Return Shipping

Refunds are issued only to the original credit card used at checkout, consistent with our Payment Policy — we do not issue cash, e-transfer, or cheque refunds. Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect fit selected by the customer), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to approved returns, deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items

48 hours
If your truck cap arrives damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
